Paul MeisePaul Meise родился и вырос в Украине. Имея в своих жилах немецкую кровь, всегда тяготел к немецкой культуре, что привело к любви к техно звучанию этой страны. В начале своей музыкальной карьеры, занимался коллекционированием музыкального материала, что впоследствии переросло в хобби. Когда в его коллекции собралось достаточно много материала Paul решил делиться этим богатством в виде тематических миксов и компиляций распространяя их среди своих друзей и в сети интернет. В последствии имя Paul Meise стало узнаваемо в кругах любителей минимал техно звучания. Слушателям работы Paula, запоминались мелодичным содержанием техно композиций. В 2011 году он заинтересовался эмбиент звучанием, что в последствии переросло в его радиошоу Цветные Сны, которое уже через год стало выходить на более 20 радиостанциях в 8 странах мира.
